Easing size restriction of custom attribute #104
Description
When creating captures, the user can save customized attributions.
The custom attributes(Build Environment and Runtime Extras) can be added at most 8 for each.
However, according to the feedback from users, we have insight into the fact that this limitation is sometimes too strict.
So we relaxed it.
