OT type Serialization integration Status

OT type Serialization:

• client deserialization
  • refactored the lib/client/Doc.ingestData() method to conditionally deserialize the data into a snapshot if the type supports derserialization.

  • NA, the client never sends the snapshot to the server; therefore, the client never needs to serialize the snapshot.
