Elmentor Program (Private Mentorship Community)
DevOps Visions Public Community (Open Collaboration Space)
While the relationship between DevOps Visions and the public community is clearly described (e.g., “sponsored by DevOps Visions”), the relationship with the Elmentor Program is less explicit.
💡 Suggested Improvements
I plan to enhance the Elmentor Program section by:
Clearly stating that it is a paid, invite-only mentorship network
Indicating whether it is sponsored or operated by DevOps Visions, or simply affiliated with it
Highlighting its strategic role as a talent pipeline and leadership development layer within the DevOps Visions ecosystem
Inserting a direct reference to the program’s website for transparency and context:
