Why was the icon changed? Specifically the taskbar icon, I much preferred the old one. #4836

The icon was redesigned to fit within the style of the other Devolutions logos I understand the old icon looked nice, but with time, you'll get used to the new one. It's nice too, but a new icon always feels odd at first. |

I liked how the previous taskbar icon matched the standard Windows 11 style. I kept it on the bar permanently because it blended in so well that it felt like an integral part of the system. This is a downgrade |

Agreed. I don't think the logo looks bad, but the system tray icon is now difficult to tell what indicator if any is being shown. I also consider this a downgrade. I don't care if the new logo is present somewhere in the program window, but it's just not very functional in the system tray. |

Perhaps a toggle would be nice? |

Fyi, you can create a custom shortcut in your Startup folder to change it back to the original. |

The new UnigetUI owners clearly don't care or don't understand the Windows 11 UI language, it's slowly becoming another tasteless, corporate 3rd party app. |
