v1.67 — First-tap Remove, the app's own confirm sheet, invites across browsers, category recaps, GitHub releases

• Swiping a row open and tapping Remove now removes it on the first tap, instead of needing a second one
• Deleting a bill or a category, removing a member, undoing a payment and making someone admin now ask in the app's own sheet from the bottom of the screen, instead of the browser's plain pop-up
• An invite still works when a new account's confirmation email opens in a different browser, like your mail app's own: the link now leads straight back to the invite
• A bill's shared recap and PDF show what it spent per category, and its spreadsheet export (CSV) has a Category column. Sharing several bills adds the per-category totals across all of them
