Triggering execution #6
Description
We need to come out with a way(s) of triggering test execution. Ideally we should have command line tool and code API. In both cases we need to have a way to configure few things like base API URL, auth, etc. The code API will obviously come in Rust but would be great to have wrappers in other languages like Go, Python, Java so it can be used in any dev environment.
