Short description

Migrate menu styling from Less to CSS modules, and convert story style files from Less to plain CSS.

  • Converts src/menu/menu.less to src/menu/menu.module.css
  • Updates story imports: .less → .css
  • Keeps existing (global) class names to preserve behavior / avoid breaking changes.

Note that this is the only non-legacy, non-deprecated component that was using .less.
