Summary

support new tokens for LaTeX block formulas
implement FormulaBlockBuilder to parse formula blocks and handle errors
ensure paragraph builder stops at formula starts
add MarkdownFormulaBlockNode
test parsing invalid block formula start
new: add a test verifying formula block parsing succeeds
