Oscanner 0.8.6

Fixed

• Removing handwriting no longer erases printed lines. In 0.8.5, answer lines with writing on them, and the ruled lines on a photo of curled paper, could be taken for lines drawn by hand and removed. A line now only counts as drawn by hand if it trembles along its length; printed lines are straight or bend smoothly with the paper. On test pages, ruled lines kept went from 34% to 100% on a worksheet with answers, and from 4% to over 99% on a curled page.
• Small printed marks stay: a + between printed words, colons, full stops.
• Pages you already cleaned are redone once, in the background, the first time the app starts after updating.

New

• Join photos of a poster or plan. Shoot it in overlapping parts as ordinary pages, then Edit → Pages, choose them and Join. They're joined into one page, put before the parts (which stay until you delete them). Shots that don't overlap are refused with a hint.
