[FEATURE] Telnet command

The current project lacks the capability to perform remote connectivity checks or debug network services directly from the application environment. Including support for the telnet command would allow developers and testers to verify open ports, test network connectivity, and troubleshoot service endpoints efficiently without relying on external tools. This enhancement would improve diagnostic capabilities and streamline network-related debugging workflows.
