NPC attack commenced event

Triggered when an attack on your ship by an NPC is detected.

When using this event in the Speech responder the information about this event is available under the event object. The available variables are as follows:

  • {event.by} - The localized source of the attack (Pirate, Military, Bounty hunter, Cargo hunter, etc)

  • {event.by_invariant} - The invariant source of the attack (Pirate, Military, Bounty hunter, Cargo hunter, etc)

To respond to this event in VoiceAttack, create a command entitled ((EDDI npc attack commenced)). VoiceAttack variables will be generated to allow you to access the event information.

The following VoiceAttack variables are available for this event:

  • {TXT:EDDI npc attack commenced by} - The localized source of the attack (Pirate, Military, Bounty hunter, Cargo hunter, etc)

  • {TXT:EDDI npc attack commenced by invariant} - The invariant source of the attack (Pirate, Military, Bounty hunter, Cargo hunter, etc)
