Qt5 compilation fails with Bison from compat layer

If Bison is included in $EASYBUILD_FILTER_DEPS, the installation of Qt5-5.14.1-GCCcore-9.3.0.eb fails:

Fixed this issue by not including Bison in --filter-deps, so I'll close this issue, it's good to have it on record...
