mysql username limit of 16 chars

Encountered following:

ERROR 1470 (HY000): test3_example_com Is Too Long For MySQL Username Enter The MySQL Database Username [test3_example_co]:

Site creation process recovered from this error (automatically or @MiteshShah might have handled this already).

May be it's better to use mysql username NO longer than 16 chars in the first place. For longer domains, we should truncate it before passing argument as Error might panic some users. Also error requires pressing "enter" to proceed!

If shortname conflicts, create a new one like:

test3_example_co is alreday in use:

test3_example_c1 will be tried, if that too exist test3_example_c2

If the mysql username exceeds the 16 character easyengine automatically set last 10 character to the randomly and just display the message mysql user auto fix to the 16 characters.
