I did not made any changes.
I think when no changes are made, it should exit simply.

If changes are made, output could be:

EasyEngine detected changes
Testing nginx config (nginx -t)
Test OK. Reloading config.

We can used git to know weather the file is modified or not.
If file is not modified then EasyEngine simply says no modification found and exit
If file is modified EasyEngine trigger the nginx -t && service nginx reload command

git status -s
-s is for short and only display list of non added/commited files...?
