Still running nginx 1.4.1 after update to ee 1.3.5

I see that the last update to ee was an update to Nginx 1.4.7. I did ee update and i am running version 1.3.5 but when i run nginx -v it says i am running version 1.4.1

May i get some help with this?

lsb_release -a
ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
cat /var/log/easyengine/install.log

@w33zy Its a bug in update script
You have to run below commands to fix

# Change PHP5-FPM Process Manager
sed -i "s/pm = dynamic/pm = ondemand/" /etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/www.conf

# Removing Old Nginx Repository
rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/brianmercer-nginx*

# Add rtCamp Nginx Launchpad Repository
add-apt-repository -y ppa:rtcamp/nginx

# Update The APT Cache
apt-get update

# Install Nginx 1.4.7
apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-confold" -y install nginx-custom

Had the same problem, also 1.3.0 to 1.3.5.
Fixed it by applying above commands.
