ee log command

New command: ee log

ee log --all - show all logs files with tail -f
ee log --php - show php logs files with tail -f
ee log --nginx - show php logs files with tail -f
ee log --mysql - show php logs files with tail -f

We can also have ee site log <sitename> command for site-specific logs
