"ssl_prefer_server_ciphers" directive is duplicate

"ssl_prefer_server_ciphers" directive is duplicate error seems to be back. Upgraded from 3.1.7 to 3.1.8 on debian 7.0 through 'ee update', then performed a 'ee stack upgrade'.

ssl_prefer_server_ciphers appears in both /etc/nginx/conf.d/ee-nginx.conf and /etc/nginx/nginx.conf.

We fixed this issue with latest EasyEngine 3.1.9,
Please update your EasyEngine using ee update command and after that ee stack upgrade.
