EE stack upgrade command

Hello,
I have used "ee stack upgrade" command.

root@vps: ee stack upgrade
During package update process non nginx-cached parts of your site may remain down

Restart : php5-fpm  [OK]
Restart : postfix   [OK]
Restart : hhvm      [Failed]

But i didn't install hhvm before ?
And this command didn't update mariadb, it's still 10.0.22 version.

+1 to having issues with this command. PHP can't be updated from 5.5 to 5.6 and Percona can't be updated to MariaDB. Related to #215
