Set up update server

Edit: Currently updates are disabled, but I would like to have an update server eventually.

The program seems to be able to check for updates, and confirm it's up to date. I nuked all Firefox update URLs from the branding folder, so I'm not sure where or what it's checking. I think I want to make a update server, but at the same time, I'm not sure how, or if I should have one.

Disabled in 122 release, might still set up an update server, so I will keep this open for now.
