!!Read this first before reporting an issue!! #35
Description
As to not have a bunch of duplicate issues or practically unsolvable issues unnecessarily opened, this will go over what not to report here.
Your userChrome.css theme doesn't look right on r3dfox:
This is likely because you still have one or multiple r3dfox specific visual configurations options enabled. Go to settings, r3dfox configurations, and ensure r3dfox color schemes, Use r3dfox theme styles, Backgrounds for tabs and other toolbar items, Transparent menubar, Translucent design, and any other relevant options there are disabled. Disabling these will bring the browser more in line with a stock version of Firefox to then be themed. If your theme is still broken in r3dfox, skip to the last portion and read it before opening an issue about it.
Widevine or DRM protected content does not play:
This is because by default you only get Widevine L3 which is practically useless for most intents and purposes or at best would result in 480p playback. Widevine L1 which is what normal Firefox has and would require us here at Eclipse Community to pay Google thousands of dollars for certification. This is not feasible for us, especially since we don't make any money off of the browser. Since Widevine L3 is practically useless we instead opt to compile without any closed source DRM at all. Meanwhile pirates just bypass it all anyways and get a better experience watching whatever they want wherever they want for free lol.
Location services do not work in the browser:
This is a similar issue to the above, we would need a Google location services key, which would also cost a lot of money. For the "benefit" of websites being able to track your location.
If your issue does not fall under any of the above:
Test if your issue also occurs with Firefox-for-windows-7, test the closest version to the release you have, and the latest version. If it occurs with both versions, report the issue in the Firefox-for-windows-7 issue tracker instead. If it occurs in only one version or no versions, or is just not applicable (for an example an issue with the r3dfox theme) report it here instead.
