Desc:
-Add the email signature image and download button under to the IoT WG 10th anniversary page (Place would be next to Download social post placeholder).
-Align Download words on same level.

I can't open/download the email signature image. Can you insert it directly in this issue? You can drag and drop the image in the comment (write) box. Thanks!
