- Package have been renamed from idb to interbase
- Every documentation reference have been renamed from idb to interbase
- Tests were renamed, including tables, from idb to interbase
- Sphinx docs were renamed from idb to interbase
- Documentation was rebuild considering the new package name
- IDB mentions were overwritten to Interbase
- idb mentions were overwritten to interbase
- Certain table names containing idb were overwritten to "ib" short name
