ADVMame SDL instead of FB

First of all thx to Dewen to document this on Discord

To enable it you have to set up or add the following settings in /storage/.config/emuelec/configs/advmame/advmame.rc

• device_keyboard sdl
• device_mouse sdl
• device_video sdl
• device_video_output overlay

below are optional, you can tried it

• display_vsync yes
• display_mode sdl_1920x1080

This settting is also suggested and optional

• display_expand 1
