To get OpenTyrian under ports to work, download tyrian21.zip (available from https://github.com/opentyrian/opentyrian/wiki/Downloads#other under "Tyrian 2.1 (DOS) (freeware)") and extract the contents of the zip into /storage/roms/ports/opentyrian. All the files should be directly under /storage/roms/ports/opentyrian, there should not be any subdirectory.
