Error in description of foresight in section 5.6 [BUG]

A clear and concise description of what the bug is, including error messages.

Section 5.6, 3rd paragraph says "...which reflect the technology marginal costs". Based on Diego's investigation of the code, it seems that this is not correct, but in fact the prices are a weighted average.
