Unable to encode uint64

I am getting error:

Sorry for the late answer (but I'm no more working on JavaScript/Nodejs projects for almost 2 years).

I first though it was some bug in the smart-buffer library concerning bigint. But when I wrote a unit test for the problem you have, I discovered that that were 2 problems in the code you submitted.

1. when you use literals for bigint you must use the 'n' suffix or BigInt constructor (e.g let a = 10n, b = BigInt(20); )
2. The second problem if the name for the date_time field. It is named 'date_time' in the Parser and 'datetime' in the anIpHeader object.

}
