Server owners can now turn the built-in quests off (a community request).

Added

• Disable the built-in "main" quests — a new per-world setting mainQuests
  (default true) in settings.json. When off, the quests bundled with the mod
  are hidden from /quest list and the quest book; your custom-quests.json
  quests and the generated quests stay. Toggle it in-game with
  /quest mainquests on|off (OP), which saves to settings.json and updates
  everyone live; /quest mainquests shows the current state.
• /quest reload re-reads settings.json too, so hand-edited settings apply
  without a restart.

Fixed

• Open quest book now refreshes live — the book cached its quest list when
  opened, so a /quest reload, reroll, generator rotation or mainquests toggle
  didn't show until you reopened it. It now rebuilds the list when a new sync
  arrives.
