Map options should not handle infoWindow passed as JSON

It does not make sense to handle the map options infoWindow property only to set it to a default Popup.

• Remove these lines
• Remove Popup from the required modules
• remove the option from the [no basemap example]http://esri.github.io/angular-esri-map/#/examples/no-basemap) and any other test/example pages that use it (if any).
• add custom popup (using esriLoader) to the dynamic map services test page based on the source sample page
