This PR removes the DiscordRPC feature completely. This PR's scope is limited to the removal, so a reintroduction is something to be looked at using the Discord GameSDK.
This feature and particularly its underlying library are being removed because the library doesn't conform to the Maven SDL, and because the author of the library is a pedophilia apologist, and its maven repository loads off a malicious clearnet domain observer from TOR/Onion.
Even if you choose to ignore these huge concerns, the library is broken anyway and needs to be replaced.
