[Windsurf Bug] AI keeps getting stuck executing terminal commands

When the AI Assistant tries to execute any terminal command (pwd, dir, echo, etc.), the command always says "running" and never returns a result. The same thing happens when I click Approve. However, manually executing these commands myself in the terminal works fine.

My environment:

• Operating system: Windows
• Shell used: PowerShell

This problem prevents AI from performing any command line operations for me, which seriously affects the use of the
