Tooltip doesn't move together with excel window if a function list is displayed

1. Start typing a user defined function which has IntelliSense (like the demo one AddThem).
2. Inside an argument, start typing another function name until function list appears (like A for ABS).
3. Move Excel window by dragging its header with mouse.

At this point, function list and ABS's function tooltip move together with Excel window, but the custom tooltip doesn't.

This also applies to the case where a list of allowed values is displayed. I.e.:

1. Start typing a user defined function which has IntelliSense (like the demo one AddThem).
2. Inside an argument start entering a native Excel function like VLOOKUP.
3. Enter VLOOKUP's first three arguments and argument separator to get to the fourth (e.g. ","). It should display the list of allowed values for the fourth argument with two items TRUE and FALSE.
4. Move Excel window by dragging its header with mouse.
   Should I create a separate issue for this?

No - I think the other scenario seems to fit in this issue.

It seems like the second scenario doesn't appear, it was a local bug when I played around a little bit. I've uncommented some of your code to fix the original scenario, see PR #57 :).
