Fix hidden highlighted entities #112
Description
Currently an entity stays highlighted when the state of entities in an application change. However, when a component is closed which contains the highlighted entity, the highlighted entity is no longer visible.
Thus, call unhighlightAll whenever a component is closed which contains a highlightedEntity.
