Added tables for field properties and settings, but not all of them are explained, I miss some knowledge of the big picture.

Overview
I restructured the content into tables, mimicking the organization of other pages of the documentation.
I also added two examples: one for creating a relationship field and the other for seeing various ways of populating a list field.
