Default validate_manifest.py validates structure offline and passes without a token (agent-kit CI has no preseeded credential); runtime credential probe is opt-in via --runtime-selftest / AGENT_RUNTIME_SELFTEST. Adds unit tests. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
