How to Send Feedback to the OSC Team

Open Source Cloud has several channels for sending feedback. Choose the one that fits your situation.

In-Product Feedback Widget

The fastest way to reach the OSC team. Click the ? (help) icon in the dashboard to open the feedback slide-out. Use this for:

  • Bug reports
  • Feature requests
  • UX friction points

Response time: 1-2 business days.

GitHub Discussions

For community-facing conversations, visit GitHub Discussions. Use this for:

  • Integration questions
  • Sharing what you built
  • Open-ended product discussions

Moderated by the OSC team and community members.

Support Email

For account or billing issues, email contact@support.osaas.io. Use this for:

  • Billing questions
  • Account access issues
  • Onboarding help

Response time: 2-3 business days.

Enterprise CSM Channel

Enterprise plan customers have a dedicated Slack Connect channel with their Customer Success Manager. Use this for:

  • Strategic product questions
  • SLA-level issues
  • Escalations

Response time: same business day.
