docs: add web console steps for accessing Gitea credentials in My Apps Adds web console instructions to the Accessing Gitea Credentials section of the Managing Custom Apps guide. PR #3398 added a Git access tab to the My App detail page for apps with a managed Gitea repository. The tab shows the git URL, an Open in Gitea link, and a credential reveal flow (with password reset confirmation) that was not previously documented. Also clarifies that credentials are available for any Gitea-hosted app, not only apps with Agentic SDLC enabled, and notes that older instances may need a one-time rotate to generate stored credentials.
