Configurations that need to be tested before making a release:

OS: Windows 7, Windows 10, Linux/wine, Linux/native
Windows User Privileges: Admin, Unprivileged
Windows Client Elevation: Normal, Elevated
Windows Antivirus / Firewall: Bitdefender, Firewall, ...
UAC: On, Off (?)
OS Username: ASCII, Non-ASCII characters
OS Language: English, Non-English with non-ascii characters in system paths

All valid combinations of these items should be tested. Find people with weird configs and enslave them as testers.
