Deconstruct item order should appear in same place on contextual orders wheel

For most items "deconstruct item" order is on hotkey 1
But if item is a weapon or required for diving then deconstruct order will be on hotkey 2
This inconsistency makes mass marking items for deconstruction a bit more annoying than it should be
