What happened?

Respawning in water will still give you a disposable diving suit, even if you were already wearing diving suit
This causes the original diving suit to disappear

Caused by change 1a47126a32:

Give a disposable diving suit to characters respawning in a flooded hull.

Since joining a game mid-round is also treated as a “respawn”, players may have already been wearing a diving suit when they went offline, or they might not need water pressure protection at all (e.g., pressure stabilization, husk symbiosis). In these cases, a disposable diving suit should not be given.
