Easter-egg achievement for sequence-breaking training

Despite the intentionally limited recipe list in the Mechanic training module, a wily player can snatch a plasma-cutter off the sub, backtrack to the training outpost, cut their way into a different role's course, and take their equipment (such as the Electrician's stash of 4 nuclear rods, the Security Officer's shotgun, or the Captain's clothing).

There are, I think, 3 solid ways to address this:

1. Patch the training outpost with undamageable doors
2. Ignore it / leave the sequence-break potential as-is
3. Add a hidden achievement for it
   • ex: "I'm the captain now" for wearing the captain's outfit as a non-captain character in training
   • ex: A Metroid or Zelda reference of some kind for fetching an item from the wrong course in training

It might even be good to combine (1) and (3) to force players who want the achievement to get creative (maybe by overloading the outpost reactor to destroy otherwise indestructible walls, or breaking out of the sub and bypassing indestructible doors by breaking in via the walls)

Alternative suggestion: the achievement is only got after breaking into all legs --

• doors to Electrician course must be rewired
• doors to Mechanic course must be pried open
• walls to Soldier course must be shot/blown open
• doors to Captain course must be cut open with a plasma cutter
• access to Medic course must be [extreme creativity left as an exercise to the reader]
