Angular version in starter project is outdated

The starter project is using angular 1.2.22. This should be updated to the current version of angular (1.3.7).

bower doesn't seem to allow the latest version of angular if famous-angular is installed, I assume FA is restricting the dependency.
This could be the same issue.

odd because the bower.json says Angular v1.3.5

If I do bower install famous-angular I get Angular v1.2.26

this is expected: the latest tagged release does not track Angular 1.3, but
master does. We'll be rolling out the next minor version of F/A once
Famo.us 0.3.2 is released and tracked (sounds like within a week.) In the
meantime, you can install famous-angular#master with Bower.

Also, since this issue relates to the starter project specifically, and since I've just updated it to track F/A only without any direct references to angular, I'll go ahead and close this. (see thomasstreet/famous-angular-starter@5fbdd79 ) Angular 1.3.x will be pulled down automatically once we tag the next release of F/A and update F/A starter's bower.json (or again, you can use famous-angular#master in the meantime.)
