Background

Over time, various XxxFeature on/off options have proven useful and popular with developers:

JsonParser.Feature / JsonGenerator.Feature / JsonFactory.Feature (and newer StreamReadFeature / StreamWriteFeature as well as format-specific variants like JsonReadFeature / JsonWriteFeature) for Streaming API
MapperFeature / SerializationFeature / DeserializationFeature for databind

They are, however, quite generic
