BUG: Clock and Date previews in Settings > Appearance uses wrong locale

• I am using the latest version of Flow Launcher.

Problem Description

Under the Appearance tab, Clock and Date settings use CurrentCulture instead of CurrentUICulture.

As a result, time and date preview samples are shown using the current Windows region language, instead of the language selected in the settings.

Note:

The issue is only with the preview in the Settings window. The main launcher UI shows the date/time correctly.

To Reproduce

1. Change Windows region to something other than English (Screenshot below is with Turkish)
2. Change FlowLauncher language to English
3. Look at the Appearance tab.
