Problem Description

I am unable to install plugins by URL or local path. It immediately triggers an error.

To Reproduce

Try to install a plugin from a URL:
pm install https://github.com/cibere/Flow.Launcher.Plugin.rtfm/releases/download/v1.2.0/Flow.Launcher.Plugin.rtfm.zip

Or a local path (was the case when attached logs occured):
pm install C:\my\plugin.zip
