Web Browser Node / Template Missing

This shows a Web Browser template, which would be awesome, but it's not showing for me. I just updated my clone to the latest version, via git pull and re-ran yarn install and build as well as deleting the docker container and composing it again. I dont have the web browser node to add manually either. Am I missing something?

I had it after my git pull as well and it showed when I ran it outside of docker. I tried running yarn install / build again, then I tried deleting docker container, then container and image, but I ended up having to completely wipe everything and setup it back up from scratch to get it to show.
