If it helps, I'm also happy to consider other licenses - I carefully choose MS-PL a few year's back following the "I've read enough now, can't I just pick one" process... happy to switch to Apache or other...

My vote always tends to be for MIT, personally. To switch licenses we'd likely need the permission of anyone who has contributed thus far (and I'm no expert on the finer points of MS-PL), but that shouldn't be hard to do if we wanted. I know recently FAKE decided to dual license under Apache 2 (they were originally MS-PL as well), and had a campaign to get everyone who had contributed to leave a comment on an issue granting permission to do so.
