Lib component with form field, can't be validated in consumer project

Current Behavior

I have many library components that has textfield, checkbox, switch, etc. When I want to validate them in "form validation" the form fields doesn't appear.

Expected Behavior

form field within lib component should appear in form-validation to be validated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a lib, create a component X, add textfield, publish the lib
2. create project, import the lib
3. in home page add a "form validation" widget, add lib component X to it
4. check form validation, you can't validate the text field.

Reproducible from Blank

I think is related to this issue also: #3976

In this case it will be fixed in the next production release!

I checked and #3976 was fixed but this issue #4074 is still happening.
