Relative time in Sinhala still shows in English

Current Behavior

Relative time formatting in Sinhala is displayed in English instead of Sinhala. This works correctly for other languages such as Tamil and Hindi.

Expected Behavior

The relative time should be fully translated into Sinhala.

Example: "5 days ago" → "දින 5 කට පෙර" "10 minutes ago" → "මිනිත්තු 10 කට පෙර"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set the app language to Sinhala.
2. Set date/time format option as Relative.
3. Observe the output on Android, iOS, and Web.

Additional Information

Tamil and Hindi relative time formatting works as expected. This issue only occurs with Sinhala.
