Description
Can we access your project?
- I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.
Current Behavior
Collaborators are not considered unique when added from individual projects.
After the forced pricing tier change, we had to upgrade from team to business tier level to have more Collaborators, however, what we found is that when we add collaborators to individual projects, those collaborators are added as unique individuals in the main flutterflow Team>Collaborators area even though their email addresses are the same. So for example, if I add 4 of the same developers to 10 different FF projects, then I would need 40 collaborator seats on my business tier account for the current flutterflow UI to work effectively. However, that's not how the feature is meant to function.
note: have raised a ticket to CS, so you can see more personal information also.
Expected Behavior
For every Collaborator I add across any number of projects in flutterflow, each one should only use one collaborator seat on the main team>collaborator settings area, but only if they aren't already displaying there.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add Collaborator 1's email to FF project A (as they were an existing 'Editor' from Teams account, delete them first, then 'Invite' as new, then change to Editor, then accept to add as collaborator on pop up)
- Add Collaborator 2's email to same FF project A (same as above)
- Add Collaborator 1's email to FF project B(same as above)
- Add Collaborator 2's email to same FF project B(same as above)
- Check how many Collaborator seats are taken up on this page: https://app.flutterflow.io/team (it should be 2 unique emails only, but it will be 4 (2 lots of the same duplicated emails))
Reproducible from Blank
- The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.
