AI Page Gen: Attachment Upload Switches to Component Instead of Page

Current Behavior

When attempting to upload an attachment to create a page with AI Page Gen, the system automatically switches to component generation instead of allowing the user to create a page. This behavior prevents users from successfully uploading attachments and creating a Page as intended.

Expected Behavior

Page Gen supports attachments - you should be able to include attachments when getting AI to generate a page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start a new project.
2. Attempt to create a page using AI Page Generation
3. Try to upload an attachment
4. Observe that the system switches to component generation instead of allowing page generation.
